"I started training
for triathlons with Kevin eighteen months ago. In that time I have dropped 35
lbs of body fat, raced and finished five sprint distances, three olympic
distances, two half-marathons, three half-distance races and my
first full Ironman in Mont Tremblant, Quebec.
Kevin has
the knowledge and experience that all short distance and endurance coaches
should have. He spends time learning and reviewing his
athletes’ performance goals, then builds an effective and safe training system
